My specialty is treating children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health symptoms relating to disorders such as anxiety, depression , trauma or mood. I am an evidence based practitioner who works with clients by utilizing life related visual activities that help clients connect and improve their relationship with people in various circles such as family, peers and friends 

I have  over 2 decades of counseling and clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I also have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling Psychology and I’m Massachusetts CANS Certified.
