Lauren Colwell

As a licensed mental health therapist with a diverse background in child welfare, education, and counseling, I bring over two decades of experience to my practice. My journey in supporting individuals and families began at the Department of Children and Families, where I developed a deep understanding of the complexities within family dynamics and child development.

With 15 years of service as a school counselor, I honed my skills in navigating the unique challenges adolescents face in their academic and personal lives. My time in schools provided invaluable insights into the social, emotional, and academic needs of young people, enriching my approach to therapy.

I am Alfred Bunna, a professional counsellor with over a year of experience and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.
My counseling approach is rooted in Eclectic Integrative Therapy, which integrates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Humanistic/Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
This flexible framework allows me to adapt therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, fostering a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
In my practice, I focus on helping individuals improve their emotional well-being by teaching positive coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques.

Johnmark Mangiameli

I am an individual and family therapist who understands barriers can come from multiple directions, and I seek to provide that extra help to navigate life’s difficulties. I come from a strength-based harm-reduction point of view, which centres your experience and history as the main factors in your story. I believe all people deserve mental health care and enjoy meeting children, youth and young adults. I also provide an eclectic version of therapy that uses a lot of different methods to help support clients, though I recently have loved using IFS.
