Our Services

Individual Therapy

We offer therapy sessions where clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health provider in a safe, empathetic and confidential environment.

The sessions will focus on establishing a therapeutic relationship between the patient and the provider in addition to assisting the patient in meeting his/her/their treatment goals.

Family Therapy

We offer therapy sessions where the focus is on the therapist assisting the family with improving the relationships amongst them. Other goals include helping family members to better understand each other, support each other and work through difficult situations.

Couples Therapy

We offer therapy sessions where the therapist assists the couple in improving their relationship.

This can be achieved by focusing on improving their communication, support and trust for one another. Another focus may be to work on teaching the couple healthy conflict resolution techniques

Group Therapy

We offer therapy sessions where one or more of our highly qualified therapists will lead a group of 5-10 patients.

Our groups meet weekly for an hour. Each group is designed to target a specific problem and topic. Our groups are structured and curriculum based.

Specific Challenges

People turn to therapists for a variety of reasons, each challenge being truly unique.

Medication Management

This service is offered by our nurse practitioner who will evaluate the patient’s need for psychotropic medications.

The nurse practitioner will also prescribe psychotropic medications for the patient if deemed clinically appropriate  and provide ongoing medical monitoring related to the patient’s use of the prescribed medications.

Mental health & substance abuse evaluations

These evaluations are done by one of our licensed therapists and they are comprehensive assessments detailing the patient’s history of mental health and /or substance abuse symptoms.

The evaluator will also gather information about the patient’s current presenting concerns and will specifically seek to understand the patterns of substance-using or mental health symptoms and behaviors.

The evaluator will use the information gathered from the patient to provide a diagnosis if one meets the criteria in addition to providing recommendations for treatment.
