Rashedah Tatum, (LICSW)

Rashedah Tatum, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social
Worker (LICSW) with a passion for supporting individuals in their journey towards mental well-being. With seven years of dedicated experience, I have honed my skills in school counseling and outpatient mental health services.

As a school counselor, I have been deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. I believe that addressing mental health challenges is crucial for academic success. Through individual counseling, group sessions, and collaboration with educators and parents, I have worked tirelessly to create a supportive atmosphere for students to thrive emotionally and academically.

In addition to my role in school counseling, I have extended my impact by providing outpatient mental health services. This has allowed me to work with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. My therapeutic approach
is client-centered, focusing on empowering individuals to overcome challenges and build resilience.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with a personalized touch, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.
